What happens next
The studio reads the brief, checks the parcel and the jurisdiction's rules for the asset, and replies to scope the preliminary plan: what it will show, what the engineer of record will add, and what the county asks for at concept stage.
Plans are preliminary. Engineering (grading, drainage, utilities) is done by your engineer of record, who builds the sealed set on the studio's layout.
